Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys working across the stack and is comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll be involved in designing, building, and improving internal tools, platforms, and customer-facing applications that support our infrastructure and operations.
This is a full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone who wants hands-on ownership and close collaboration with the founding team.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
Work on backend services, APIs, and databases
Build and improve frontend user interfaces and dashboards
Collaborate closely with hardware, infrastructure, and operations teams
Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
Debug, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability
Help define best practices as the engineering team grows
Requirements:
Experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.)
Experience building backend services (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms or datacentre environments
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure-related tooling
Interest or experience in AI, ML platforms, or high-performance systems
Prior startup experience
