Role Overview
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer who will take end-to-end ownership of web applications. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who is comfortable working independently, making technical decisions, and collaborating directly with founders and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
Build, enhance, and maintain web applications from scratch
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js / Angular / JavaScript
Build backend services and APIs using Node.js / Python / PHP
Technical Ownership
Decide basic application structure and technology choices
Manage end-to-end development lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment
Ensure application stability, performance, and scalability
Database & Integrations
Design and manage databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
Integrate third-party tools such as CRM, analytics, payment gateways, or lending platforms
Ensure data security and access control
Collaboration
Work directly with founders, finance, and operations teams
Translate business requirements into working solutions
Provide realistic timelines and technical recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with React / Angular / Vue
Backend experience with Node.js / Python / PHP
Experience working with databases (MySQL / MongoDB)
REST API development
Basic deployment knowledge (cloud or VPS)
Git / version control
Nice to Have
Experience working as a solo or early-stage developer
Exposure to fintech, banking, or business workflow tools
Familiarity with AWS / Azure / DigitalOcean
Understanding of security and data handling best practices
