Job Description

We are looking for a

Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead

to drive end-to-end product development and technical execution. The ideal candidate will take ownership of building scalable applications across frontend, backend, and databases while providing technical guidance to the team.

You will work closely with founders, stakeholders, and customers, owning features from concept to production and continuously improving system architecture, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications Lead end-to-end feature development from requirement gathering to deployment Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices to the team Collaborate with product, business, and customer-facing teams Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and databases Ensure application performance, security, and scalability Drive architectural decisions and technical improvements Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in full stack development Strong hands-on experience with:

Java

Node.js

ReactJS

React Native

Experience with modern databases (SQL/NoSQL) Strong understanding of REST APIs and system architecture Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have

Experience with

GraphQL

Familiarity with

Dgraph

Experience with

Temporal.io

DevOps knowledge including: CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
