Job Title: Full Stack Developer (4-6 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, excellent communication skills, and a good grasp of software design and architecture principles. You'll play a key role in building scalable, high-performing web applications that deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

? Architect system components with an emphasis on maintainability, reusability, and performance.

? Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

? Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

? Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and technical guidelines.

? Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

? Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions.

Required Skills:

? Frontend: Strong experience with React.js / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.

? Backend: Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI.

? Database: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,

MongoDB).

? API: Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

? Architecture: Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and modular architectures.

? DevOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.

? Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools and frameworks.

? AI Agents: Experience in building or working with AI agents

Nice to Have:

? Exposure to serverless architectures or container orchestration (Kubernetes).

? Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.

? Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
