We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced product environment. The ideal candidate will not only write clean, scalable code across the stack but also lead a development team, interact with clients, and contribute to full-cycle product architecture and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on Coding: Build, test, and deploy scalable backend services, APIs, and responsive web applications using modern tech stacks.
Tech Architecture: Design the overall structure of web applications and ensure maintainability, scalability, and security.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, manage sprints, code reviews, and ensure timely project delivery.
Client Communication: Act as the technical point of contact for clients to translate business requirements into tech solutions.
Full-Cycle Development: Involved in planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Product Ownership: Take ownership of features/modules and deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: React.js/Next.j
Strong experience in backend technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), or similar Proficiency in databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Familiarity with DevOps tools: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions
Cloud services experience: AWS / GCP / Azure (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and system design knowledge
Ability to manage a team and communicate technical concepts clearly
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have:
Experience with mobile app development (Flutter or React Native)
Understanding of microservices architecture
Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp
