Summary

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineers with strong proficiency in React/Next.js on the frontend and Python (Django/FastAPI) on the backend. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications and implementing robust automated testing frameworks.

This role requires strong ownership, technical leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and component-based architecture. Proficiency in Redux for state management. Solid backend development experience using Python, particularly Django or FastAPI. Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation testing. Strong knowledge of Pytest and Requests frameworks for API and backend testing. Good understanding of RESTful services, microservices patterns, and scalable architecture. Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js. Implement reliable state management using Redux or Redux Toolkit. Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Python, Django, or FastAPI. Integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Implement automated testing using Playwright, Pytest, and Requests frameworks. Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and with high quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Desirable Skills

Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of Docker or containerized application deployment. Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
