Full Stack Developer (2-3 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience in building dynamic web applications using React.js and Django.

You'll work closely with senior engineers to develop scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing applications that power STEM Learning's digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Integrate front-end components with Django REST APIs. Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces. Back-End Development Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (Django / Django REST Framework). Design and manage databases with PostgreSQL. Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practices. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Collaboration & Version Control Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile environment. Use Git/GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and peer reviews. Deployment & Cloud (Exposure Level) Assist in deploying applications to AWS or Vercel under senior guidance. Gain exposure to Docker and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. Technical Proficiency Front-End: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Back-End: Python, Django, Django REST Framework Database: PostgreSQL Version Control: Git, GitHub Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture and MVC design patterns. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to AWS (EC2, S3), Docker, or CI/CD pipelines. Awareness of web security and performance optimization. Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
