Job Description

Requirements o 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development. o Proven expertise in PHP, Node.js, React, and Java. o Strong understanding and practical experience with RESTful API design and development. o Proficiency in working with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Redis. o Demonstrable experience with DevOps practices and tools, specifically Jenkins, Nomad, and Docker. o Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and agile methodologies. o Experience in mentoring junior developers and contributing to team growth. o Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications o Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize development processes, accelerate delivery, and enhance the efficiency and maintainability of existing legacy projects. o Experience in integrating and leveraging AI tools and sustainable AI development practices in both front-end and back-end development workflows, including setting up AI agents and automating tasks like code reviews, documentation, and unit testing. o Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus. o Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges in high-traffic applications
