Job Description

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be at the forefront of building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications. Your role will involve working closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Responsibilities

:

Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and scalability. Implement server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use using React.js. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Lead the integration of front-end and back-end aspects of the application. Implement security and data protection measures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and inspire others to do the same. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose adaptations to current practices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js and React.js. Proficient understanding of:

Node.js

concepts: Event Loop, Clusters, Streams, Buffer, Asynchronous Programming, Child Processes, Error Handling, Caching, Environment Variables, Package Management (npm, yarn), RESTful API development.

React.js

concepts: JSX, Components, State & Props, Lifecycle Methods, Hooks (useState, useEffect, custom hooks), Context API, Redux for state management, Router. Database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with RESTful services and APIs, WebSockets, and client-server communication. Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM scripts). Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha/Chai) and TDD/BDD practices. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
