About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

FullStack (MERN) Developer

who has solid hands-on experience with

Node.js

and

React

. You will be working on building scalable web applications, improving existing features, and collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Build reusable components and front-end libraries using

React

Design and develop RESTful APIs using

Node.js & Express

Integrate APIs with front-end components Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and smooth user experience Work with databases (MongoDB) -- writing queries, aggregations, schema design Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing functionalities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality features Follow best coding practices and maintain clean, well-documented code Participate in code reviews and provide quality feedback

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years

of hands-on experience in MERN stack development Strong proficiency in

React.js

, hooks, state management (Redux or Context API) Solid experience with

Node.js

&

Express.js

backend development Familiarity with

MongoDB

, schema design, and query optimization Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication (JWT/OAuth) Understanding of version control systems (

Git

) Basic knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/Heroku) is a plus Good problem-solving & debugging skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Good to Have

Experience with TypeScript Understanding of Microservices Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Next.js Familiarity with Agile methodology

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
