Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while actively collaborating with or guiding a team of developers. You should be comfortable with both frontend and backend technologies and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or collaborate with a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying robust full-stack applications. Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices. Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge with the team. Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless experiences. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer. Proven experience in leading or actively collaborating in a development team. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js

. Strong backend experience with

Node.js, Express, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET

. Experience with

database systems

like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with version control tools such as

Git

. Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team management skills.
