End-to-End Ownership:

Oversee and manage the complete software development lifecycle, from conception and architecture design to deployment, maintenance, and enhancement.

Codebase Mastery:

Navigate, maintain, and optimize a large, complex codebase with a strong focus on modularity, readability, and scalability.

Full Stack Development:

Independently design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).

Server-Side Expertise:

Build and maintain server-side application logic, develop RESTful APIs, and manage database operations using MongoDB, ensuring efficient data processing and retrieval.

Deployment and DevOps:

Own the deployment process by managing CI/CD pipelines, containerizing applications with Docker, and deploying to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Performance Optimization:

Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the entire application stack, from front-end responsiveness to back-end efficiency and database queries.

Mentorship and Collaboration:

Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Quality and Security:

Implement automated testing strategies, enforce high coding standards, and ensure the security of applications by following best practices.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience:

Proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a demonstrated ability to work on large-scale applications.

MERN Stack Proficiency:

Deep expertise in the MERN stack, including:

Front-End:

React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

Back-End:

Node.js, Express.js, and API development.

Database:

MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and optimization.

Deployment Expertise:

Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Development Practices:

Strong knowledge of Git for version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Problem-Solving:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
