Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

o Lead the development of secure and scalable microservices for web applications involving

ReactJS

,

NodeJS

, and

Python

(FastAPI / Flask).
o Lead the development of secure and scalable microservices for mobile applications involving

Flutter

and

Dart

.
o Lead the development and integration of

REST APIs

/ third-party libraries for applications that may read/store data from/into

SQL

and/or

MongoDB

.
o Review deliverables implemented by the team for high-quality delivery.
o Lead the Full Stack Development team to use best practices for

CI/CD

and deployment of web applications on

Azure

and mobile applications on

Play Store

/

App Store

.
o Utilize

Docker

,

Kubernetes

etc. to ensure containerized and modular services with high performance.Project Management:

o Understand client / product requirements and convert them into Agile stories to be implemented by the Full Stack Development team.
o Actively manage and track tasks in application development projects to ensure high-quality delivery on time.
o Work with product manager / client and QA team to ensure reliable project delivery for the utmost satisfaction of the stakeholders.Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Collaborate with UI/UX team during the

Figma

creation process for the most effective and efficient application design to achieve superior user experience.
o Work closely with product managers, DevOps team, QA team, UI/UX team, Data team, and AI team to deliver solutions.Team Building:

o Actively contribute to the hiring and mentoring of juniors, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.Thought Leadership:

o Actively contribute to building internal IPs.
o Actively contribute to our growth story by identifying tech trend early and implementing those in our offerings.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years in Full Stack Development, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proficient in ReactJS, NodeJS, Python (FastAPI / Flask), and REST API development on Azure (preferably) / AWS stack. Proven experience with SQL and MongoDB. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes etc.). Familiarity with tools such as Swagger and Postman.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Flutter and Dart. Knowledge of mobile application deployment (Play Store, App Store).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative, and client-facing environment.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced, agile environments. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving acumen.
