Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain user-facing front-end components (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular . Architect and implement server-side logic, RESTful APIs (or GraphQL), datastores and business logic, using back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP). Design and manage databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data-models, caching, indexing, queries and optimization for performance and scalability. Ensure cross-platform optimisation (desktop / tablet / mobile) and responsive design for front-end. Betterteam+1 Participate in API integration, third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, social APIs) Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions; participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews . Write clean, maintainable, testable code; perform code reviews; troubleshoot, debug and fix issues across the full technology stack. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, propose improvements to architecture, tooling and development processes. Document system design, architecture diagrams, codebases and provide mentorship to junior developers .
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science. Proven experience 1.5yr as a full stack developer Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework . Strong proficiency in back-end development: one or more languages/technologies such as Node.js, Java, PHP and corresponding frameworks.
