We are hiring a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and basic DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with our team to ensure high performance, code quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js Work with MongoDB for database operations and management Implement and support DevOps tools and automation for deployment and monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development Strong hands-on knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Proficient in version control using Git Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork skills
