We are looking for a high-agency Lead Engineer to bridge the gap between complex engineering, product, and marketing automation. You won't just be building features; you will be evaluating the "why" behind them, managing a team of junior developers, and architecting the systems that drive our growth and automation.
Key Requirements :
? Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
? The "Product Mindset": Proven ability to reason through product trade-offs, define MVP scopes, and advocate for the user while maintaining technical excellence.
? Full-Stack Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in modern web stacks (e.g., React/Next.js and Node.js/Python/Go) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
? MarTech Expertise: Deep experience integrating and architecting marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Segment, Customer.io) and managing data pipelines for tracking and attribution.
? Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring junior/mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, and setting engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Engineering & Architecture
? Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
? Architect robust integrations between our core product and external marketing/automation platforms.
? Own the technical roadmap and ensure the codebase remains clean, testable, and performant.
2. Product & Stakeholder Management
? Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders (Product, Marketing, and Leadership).
? Translate high-level business goals into technical requirements.
? Evaluate third-party vendors, SaaS tools, and internal solutions to determine the best path forward.
3. Team Leadership
? Lead a small pod of junior engineers, providing technical guidance and career mentorship.
? Establish "best practices" for the engineering team, from documentation to deployment workflows.
? Lead sprint planning and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
