About the Project

OTRAS is a

next-generation AI-powered government exam solution

designed to handle application processing, verification, fraud detection, secure exam delivery, and results publication with

military-grade security

.
We are building a

pan-India platform

in collaboration with government departments, integrating Aadhaar/UIDAI, DigiLocker APIs, and cutting-edge

AI for fraud detection, OMR scanning, and digital exam security

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

backend services

using

Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

. Build and optimize

secure APIs

for integrations (UIDAI, DigiLocker, Payment Gateway). Work on

frontend development

with React/Angular and responsive design. Implement

Next-Gen AI modules

(document verification, fraud detection, OMR scanning). Ensure

military-grade security standards

(encryption, authentication, auditing). Work with

DevOps tools

for deployment on AWS/Govt Cloud. Collaborate with senior engineers, AI specialists, and security experts to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs

. Frontend exposure in

React / Angular / Vue.js

. Database knowledge:

MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

. Understanding of

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or Govt Community Cloud). Awareness of

AI concepts

(Python, TensorFlow, OpenCV, NLP - basic exposure is a plus). Knowledge of

cybersecurity basics

(SSL, JWT, OAuth2, data encryption). Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

GovTech solutions

.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Exposure to

AI/ML

for intelligent workflows. Understanding of

Govt IT Act 2000/2008 compliance, GDPR, and Data Privacy Laws

. Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

. Internship or project experience in

secure applications

.
