We're building an AI-driven mental health platform designed to make care more accessible, intelligent, and personal. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling our core application from front-end interfaces to back-end microservices and databases.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves taking ownership from concept to deployment.
What You'll Do
Frontend Development: Build intuitive, responsive interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Backend Development: Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, or Python.
Database Management: Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
Integration & Deployment: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for automated testing and deployment.
Security & Performance: Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and follow best practices for performance tuning.
Testing & Debugging: Write robust unit/integration tests with Jest, Mocha, or PyTest to ensure reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences.
Innovation: Evaluate and adopt new frameworks, libraries, and tools that elevate product quality and speed.What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years in full stack or backend development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
Technical Skills:
o Strong command of Node.js, Python, or Java.
o Proficiency with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
o Database experience in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
o Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.
o Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).
o Understanding of Cloud architecture and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.

Compensation
20 to 25 LPA post funding.
