3 Months (Project-Based Engagement)

Compensation:

, payable after successful project completion based on agreed milestones and quality benchmarks

Mentorship:

Work directly under the Founder's guidance, with strategic direction and reviews

Conversion Opportunity:

Based on performance, ownership, and delivery quality, the engagement may be converted into a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) If not converted, the candidate will receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) and Experience Certificate upon successful completion

Candidate Expectations (Mandatory)

Prior experience working on similar full-stack or trading/financial applications Ability to independently own and deliver the complete project end-to-end Comfortable making technical decisions with minimal supervision Strong sense of accountability, problem-solving, and delivery ownership Capable of meeting timelines while maintaining code quality and security standards

Ideal For Candidates Who

Have already built production-level or near-production projects Want founder exposure and decision-making responsibility Are confident in handling architecture, development, and deployment

NOTE: This role is not training-focused. It is suited for candidates who can execute independently and seek real-world product ownership rather than step-by-step guidance.
