About the Role
ABEX is looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Developer Intern to join our tech team for an exciting 3-month, AI-powered internship experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves coding, is eager to learn, and is excited to work on cutting-edge products built with the support of artificial intelligence.
You will gain hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end development while using AI tools to accelerate your workflow, learn faster, and build smarter. This is a unique opportunity to understand how AI is shaping modern software development. Outstanding performers will be considered for a full-time position after the internship.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using AI-powered development tools.
• Work on both front-end (React, HTML/CSS/JS) and back-end (Node.js, Express, MongoDB/MySQL) technologies with AI support to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional, interactive components, using AI tools to enhance prototyping and implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code by incorporating AI-assisted code suggestions and refactoring tools.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes, using AI to identify issues and recommend optimizations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in full stack and AI-assisted development, and suggest innovative improvements where applicable.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic experience with front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular, with an emphasis on using AI tools for 80% of development tasks.

• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.), with an interest in integrating AI for smarter solutions.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools for efficient development (80% AI, 20% human).

• Knowledge of AI prompting techniques to effectively guide AI tools and improve coding workflows.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, especially AI-driven tools, and contribute to live projects with a mix of AI and human input.

• Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to combine AI-generated insights with your own creativity.

• Learn full-cycle product development with guidance from experienced mentors.
