CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Full Stack Developer.
Type: Contract
Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $42.80 to $55.15/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Description
This role involves developing software that assists scientists with research breakthroughs, including large internal infrastructure projects and individual collaborations. Position is remote and does not include on-call requirements.
Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development (70% front end / 30% back end).
• Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework (Vue 3 preferred; React/Angular acceptable).
• Experience with Python frameworks (Django or Flask).
• Strong API development and database skills (SQL, Postgres preferred; Oracle a plus).
• Ability to translate Figma designs into functional UIs.
• Experience mentoring, collaborating with UI/UX and QA teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (D3.js, Bokeh, matplotlib).
• Strong math/science background and eagerness to learn new technologies.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $42.80 to $55.15/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
