Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Design, develop and document solutions using Core Java and Open source frameworks like Spring Boot. Use UML to perform the object oriented analysis and design and documentation of the project, including analyzing software configuration item requirements and writing up use cases based on those requirements Provide estimates for design, coding, unit and integration testing efforts, and post-launch activities Ensure all requirements, functional and non-functional, are met Participate in business requirements reviews and provide feedback to sponsors and stake holds Soft Skills: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality standards. Has good situational leadership skills Primary skill sets: Minimum a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Master's of Computer Applications (MCA). (Consistently scored 70% and above in all academics, No distance education) Minimum of 4 years of software development experience using Java/J2EE Technologies Strong Knowledge in Object Oriented Concepts, UML, GOF Patterns & Basic Java (At least JDK 1.8) with exposure to Multithreading. Experienced in developing applications using SQL/PLSQL. Experience of NOSQL database (Cassandra) is must. Strong knowledge in Messaging concepts (Publish/Subscribe and Point to Point) Experienced in working with Open source frameworks like Spring (Exposure to Spring Boot, Spring Reactor and Spring Integration would be preferred). Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms and Coding Strong experience in DevOps and DevSecOps Exposure to developing code using Kafka and Redis would be preferred Experienced in working with JMS Series to configure topics/queues externally as well as programmatically Experienced in developing application using Hibernate, Java persistence API, Java XML binding (JAXB), Web Services (Restful) Exposure to any of the Open source JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS/ReactJS and Android/iOS Native development would be an added advantage Minimum one development (started from scratch) project experience (minimum one year duration) Experienced in performance optimization techniques
