Your Role and Responsibilities
As a full-stack application developer, you'll use the latest tools and technologies available to deliver state-of-the-art software and web applications. You'll have an opportunity to influence the choice of technologies used as we build the platform and experience the industry trending technologies/frameworks & languages. You will be expected to learn new technical skills and absorb professional knowledge quickly. You'll be responsible for the complete lifecycle of software development, including designing, prototyping, implementation, testing, maintenance, and technical support. Expected to create a conducive environment around. You will have to follow Spotify and participate/lead the scrum, chapters & guilds. Collaborative influence across is very much expected into this role.

Further details: In this role you will be participating into Architectural discussion and be stakeholder for making architectural decisions
Mentoring and leading a squad for the delivery of a component or module
Ensure compliance and security posture will be maintained as per the kyndryl standards
Deliver accessibility and globalisation for the responsive component/module
Design, develop and/or re-engineer complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms
Experience with design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design
Demonstrated ability to operate within short release cycles with definite releases
Complete coding, testing, defect fixes, troubleshooting and production support, using agile CI/CD methodologies
Conduct appropriate unit and functional/component testing; detect, report, investigate and fix defects in the application (production support)
Experience using modern collaboration tools in a highly responsive environment
Great planning and organizational skills, good time management, with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload and to deal with urgent deadlines and changes to requirements
Being innovative in the development approach and ideate without boundaries
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
9 years of relevant experience with solid knowledge of modelling, design patterns, refactoring with good hands on exposure to the trending languages & frameworks
4 years experience in building products with Full stack technologies like Python or GO,
3 years experience in Node.JS, Mongodb (or other NOSQL, SQL ), REST, Web Sockets, JavaScript
3 years experience working with Microservices and Event Driven Architecture (using Kafka, RabitMQ)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs and OOAD
Experience with one of JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue etc.)
Experience in most used application/web servers
Able to define, design, implement complex, and scalable systems
Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Good team player and communication skills
Experience with Github Actions (Continuous Integration / Continuous delivery)
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker development paradigms
