Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our software development team. In this role, you will take ownership of both front-end and back-end development to build high?quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications. You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineering team members to deliver features from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain front?end web interfaces (responsive, performant, modern user experience)
Develop back?end services, APIs, and server?side logic
Work with databases (both SQL & NoSQL) including schema design, performance tuning, and migrations
Integrate third?party APIs and services
Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices
Write technical documentation (architecture, APIs, workflows)
Collaborate with cross?functional teams (product, design, QA) throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 yearsof hands?on experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
Proficient in front?end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one or more modern JS frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)
Strong back?end development skills with experience in one or more server?side languages / frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, PHP/Laravel)
Experience with RESTful APIs, and ideally familiarity with GraphQL or WebSocket where relevant
Good knowledge of database systems (e.g. MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB etc.) and designing for performance
Version control (Git) and familiarity with code collaboration workflows
Understanding of deployment, environment setup, CI/CD pipelines, and ideally cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.)
Strong problem?solving skills, attention to detail, ability to write clean, maintainable code

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
