Job Summary / About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on development experience to join our growing US healthcare and RCM technology team.
You will build and maintain end-to-end applications that support medical billing, workflow automation, and data analytics while ensuring security and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications for healthcare and RCM workflows. Build APIs and microservices in Node.js with secure database integrations. Work with the operations and billing teams to optimize process automation. Migrate legacy systems into scalable, modern applications. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.

Mandatory Requirements

3+ years of experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in

JavaScript

TypeScript

, and

Node.js

. Strong experience with

relational

and

non-relational

databases (non-relational preferred). Experience with

REST APIs

and

version control (Git)

. Background in

agile

or

iterative

development cycles.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Angular

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years (Preferred: experience in healthcare / RCM software development).
