Full Stack Developer (Flutter & Laravel Specialist) - Work From Home.

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile

Full Stack Developer

to join our remote team. This role requires a strong command of cross-platform mobile development with

Flutter

and robust backend expertise with

PHP Laravel

. The successful candidate will be a primary technical point of contact for clients, translating requirements directly into technical solutions and delivering high-quality, scalable applications.

?14,000 - ?20,000 per month (Paid monthly)

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST

Leaves:

Core Responsibilities

1. Client Communication and Requirements Management (Mandatory)

Directly communicate

with clients via calls, video conferences, and chat to understand project goals, gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements, and provide technical consultation. Translate client needs and user stories into technical specifications, development plans, and accurate effort estimates. Provide regular updates and conduct demos to clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
2. Full-Stack Development & Architecture

Design, develop, test, and deploy

end-to-end applications

covering both the mobile front-end and the web/API back-end. Architect and implement

RESTful APIs

to facilitate seamless communication between Flutter applications and the Laravel backend. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability across all layers.
3. Front-End (Mobile) Development

Develop high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly mobile applications for both

iOS and Android

using the

Flutter

framework and

Dart

programming language. Implement state management, integrate third-party libraries, and utilize Flutter widgets to deliver polished user interfaces (UI) and smooth user experiences (UX). Perform basic platform-specific customization or integration using

Kotlin (Android)

or

Swift (iOS)

when necessary.
4. Back-End and Database Development

Build and maintain the server-side logic and application business layer using

PHP

and the

Laravel

framework. Design, optimize, and manage relational databases using

SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

, including writing efficient queries, managing migrations, and ensuring data integrity. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices within the Laravel application.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Expertise (Mandatory)

Flutter & Dart:

Proficiency in building robust, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.

PHP & Laravel:

Strong expertise in developing scalable back-end services, APIs, and web applications using the Laravel framework (MVC architecture).

SQL & Database Management:

Excellent command of SQL for database design, optimization, querying, and using Laravel's Eloquent ORM.

Version Control:

Expert knowledge of

Git

and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket for collaborative development and code management.
Good-to-Have Skills (Exposure is sufficient)

Native Mobile Languages:

Basic familiarity or exposure to

Kotlin

for Android and

Swift

for iOS for native module integration or debugging.

Front-End Web:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

CI/CD & Deployment:

Basic understanding of application deployment processes for mobile (App/Play Store) and web (server configuration, hosting).
Soft Skills (Essential for the Role)

Clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills to interact directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
