Job Description

Responsibilities :Back-End Development

Design, build, and maintain robust back-end features using Node.js and NestJS. Work with AWS infrastructure (Lambdas, OpenSearch, Terraform, S3, MongoDB Atlas, and graph databases like Weaviate). Integrate third-party services including Stripe, Zoom, and Auth0, along with internal analytics tools. Ensure system security, scalability, and efficient performance through best practices and cloud-first architecture.

Front-End Development

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Material UI, and React Hook Form. Work within our Nx monorepo to ensure efficient code-sharing and scalability. Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Collaboration & Agile Participation

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, stakeholders). Occasionally engage in vendor/technical assessment calls to evaluate tools or integration options. Contribute actively to continuous improvement practices in coding standards, software quality, and DevOps workflows.

Qualifications :

3-6 years of professional full stack development experience (covering both front-end and back-end). Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Material UI, React Hook Form. Proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred: Lambdas, Terraform, OpenSearch, S3, MongoDB Atlas, Weaviate). Hands-on experience with modern software development practices, including monorepo development (Nx experience is a plus). Understanding and experience with external service integrations (Stripe, Zoom, Auth0). Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies and ability to work in distributed teams. Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
