Job Title: Team Manager - Full Stack Developer (Travel Technology)

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi, India

Experience: Minimum 5 Year ( Mandatory)

The Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with leadership experience to spearhead our development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about scalable architecture, travel APIs, and mentoring developers. This is a hands-on role combining technical excellence with team leadership.

Tech Stack & Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers through the entire software development lifecycle

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core

Integrate Travel Product APIs: Hotel, Sightseeing, Transfer, etc.

Optimize SQL Server databases and queries

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical solutions

Drive front-end development using Angular (preferred)

Manage source control and CI/CD using Git

Use JIRA for project tracking and agile management

Oversee server deployment and maintenance in cloud and on-prem environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development

Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server

Hands-on experience with Travel Product API integrations

Solid understanding of Angular or other modern front-end frameworks

Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and server/cloud management

Prior experience as a Team Lead with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and lead team productivity

Saalry- 8 LPA - 12 LPA
