Introduction:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions


Collaborate with product owners, Scrum Masters, UX designers, and QA engineers in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).


Design client-side and server-side architecture


Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design


Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications


Write effective APIs


Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency


Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software


Create security and data protection settings


Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design


Write technical documentation

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field.


2+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (MERN / MEAN) or similar role


Experience developing web and mobile applications


Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and libraries/frameworks like React.js, Angular, and jQuery.


Proficiency in multiple back-end languages and frameworks, including Node.js and Express.js,


Familiarity with databases (e.g. SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB, Postgresql, mySQL), web servers and UI/UX design


Excellent communication and teamwork skills


Great attention to detail


Tools: Github, Postman


Good to have: RabitMQ, Redis, Postgress, AI / ML

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
