Role Overview

We are hiring a

Full Stack Developer (Django)

with 2.5-3 years of proven experience in backend development, system design, and frontend integration. This role is strictly open for

Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar-based candidates only

. If you do not meet this criteria, your application will not be considered.

You will be responsible for both server-side logic (primarily Django) and front-end development, working closely with product managers and designers to deliver complete features.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using

Django/Django REST Framework

. Build

REST APIs

and ensure smooth integration with frontend applications.

Develop and integrate user-facing elements using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js).

Work with

PostgreSQL

, MongoDB, or Supabase for efficient database management. Implement caching, performance optimization, and scalable system design. Handle cloud deployment (Azure/AWS) with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack. Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Razorpay, external services). Debug, test, and resolve issues across backend and frontend workflows.
Strict Candidate Requirements

Minimum

2.5-3 years

of professional experience in backend/full stack development. Must be a resident of

Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar

- candidates from other locations will be rejected without review. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Proficiency in Python (Django/DRF).

Experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Angular).

Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (

PostgreSQL

, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system design. Knowledge of Git & version control.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CDN optimizations. Knowledge of Machine Learning libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) for AI-driven features. Experience with Payment Gateway Integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.). Exposure to Power BI / analytics dashboards.
