• Define technical specifications and develop solutions using high performing technologies that also confirms to best practices. * Develop and enhance product and/or applications with limited direction to solve business problems. * Adopt DevOps mindset by applying automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery Restricted * Foster innovation by applying best practices and learning from emerging technologies and through collaboration with cross functional stakeholders. * Serve as application expert in support of domain areas. * Communicate difficult concepts, providing technical and professional interpretations and recommendations. * Advise and mentor junior team members and enable collaboration to help teams achieve their best Full stack Developer Skills and Qualifications * 7+ Years of Experience in developing applications across the stack * Expert in server-side programming independent of technology * Very Strong in JavaScript, Experience building API and user side development experience using NodeJS, Express JS, ReactJS and exposure to React Native * Good experience in Java and related server side technologies, HTML and CSS * Strong understanding of OOPS , MVC, Microservice Architecture * Expert in any RDBMS database (My SQL, Post GRE, Oracle, SQL Server) and experience in database design * Good understanding of GCP / AWS / Cloud Server / Serverless architecture * Expert in Version control Tools with CI/CD pipeline * Strong experience and understanding on various APIS / Web Services / REST / SOAP/ XML / JSON * Experience building scalable, high-available mission critical platforms Restricted * Strong experience in cloud server infrastructure * Software Development experience and understanding of security, secure coding/testing and data structures and aware of industry and competitor practices. * Comprehensive knowledge of software development, practice, concepts and technology. * Possess a bachelors in engineering or equivalent
