Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in frontend (jQuery, React, HTML, Bootstrap) and backend (Node.js, MongoDB) technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to build scalable web applications, maintain existing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

i) Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

ii) Develop user-friendly UI with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.

iii) Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

iv) Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

v) Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

vi) Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers.

vii) Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

viii) Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control (Git).

ix) Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

x) Maintain security and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

i) Frontend: Strong knowledge of React.js, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.

ii) Backend: Proficiency in Node.js (Express.js preferred).

iii) Database: Hands-on experience with MongoDB (CRUD, indexing, aggregation).

iv) Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX.

v) Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control.

vii) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

viii) Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.

ix) Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

i) Experience with TypeScript.

ii) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

iii) Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

iv) Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Education:

i) Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

ii) Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
