Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js on the frontend and Java + Spring Boot on the backend. The role requires hands-on development, close collaboration with product and design teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications
Build responsive and performant UI components using React.js and JavaScript
Develop scalable REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver features
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
Support production issues and continuous improvements
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with React.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid backend development experience using Java
Strong experience with Spring Boot (REST APIs, Microservices)
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
Understanding of RESTful architecture and design principles
Good to Have
Experience with Microservices architecture
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Redux
Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
