ABOUT THE ROLE

Dyson Global IT are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for the overall project. They will work closely with the project team and external stakeholders to ensure that the software solutions meet the necessary requirements in terms of functionality, performance, scalability and security.

The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions and integrations for a variety of manufacturing equipment, sensors, and enterprise systems. They may also be involved in creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) to drive collaboration, awareness, and maturity for new capabilities.

Hands-on experience with software development, integration, and cloud-based solutions is essential for this role, as well as full-stack development capabilities including frontend and backend development.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• 3- 5 years of experience in software engineering, software development, and software integration
• Demonstrable project implementation experience in the manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or similar advanced engineering industry
• Hands-on experience with a variety of software development tools and techniques
• Full-stack development capabilities including frontend development with React, Angular JS. Preferred: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, etc.)
• Strong backend development in Python, .NET , Java, etc.
• Experience consuming API and integrating with various Enterprise applications
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field
