Develop highly available, distributed, cloud-based solutions and maintain its high level of quality Take an active part in all development phases, including research, design, development, testing, CI and CD using frontline and best technologies including React, NoSQL persistency, Docker, Kubernetes and more Take an initiative approach to improve code, tools, and process. Be open minded to walk in a different path and to deliver quickly whilst maintaining high quality Work closely with the Innovation Team, to leverage knowledge and get work done; act as a role model for other teams regarding processes and activities Play a role in the entire life cycle of development, be motivated to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects from end-to-end Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology required; with focus on Microsoft Stack preferred Minimum of 6 years of experience in building highly scalable software products Familiar with Cloud-native practices on Azure Knowledge of modern programming languages and implementation processes including Test automation and DevOps with strong hands-on experience in C# focusing on Multi-threading and Async programming Familiar with one or more modern UI frameworks such as ReactJS Strong experience on ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML 5 Proficient experience in SQL and NOSQL with any of the database technologies like SQL server, etc. Ability to design and implement a feature/module in a web application Design thinking and strong analytical abilities Strong communication skills with proven experience working with various stakeholders Ability to travel as needed
