Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated MEAN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our server-side applications and APIs, collaborating with frontend developers, and ensuring seamless integration between the server and user-facing elements. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, an excellent problem-solver, and thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side applications and APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement database schemas and data models in MongoDB. Implement robust security and data protection measures. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization. Contribute to maintaining and improving our CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Node.js and the Express.js framework. Proven experience with frontend frameworks, particularly with Angular. Solid experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization. Proficient understanding of version control systems, especially Git. Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with international clients and distributed teams. A self-driven individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
