We are seeking an experienced Full Stack / Backend Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Kafka to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services while collaborating with the frontend team for seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java 8 and Spring Boot.

Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for scalable applications.

Integrate and manage AWS cloud services (including AWS Lambda) for reliable deployment and high availability.

Develop and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

Collaborate closely with frontend developers for smooth JavaScript integrations.

Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through best practices in coding, design, and testing.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in Java 8, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda.

Solid understanding and experience in working with Apache Kafka for messaging/event streaming.

Good knowledge of JavaScript for backend-to-frontend integrations.

Professional Experience:

At least 6 years of backend development experience in enterprise or product-based environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹140,000.00 per month
