What's the Role?

The candidate must be able to successfully communicate with internal teams as well as client personnel in order to deliver industry-leading solutions, detailed functional designs and complex environments throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for architecting and building critical client custom applications focused on user interface, data access & database connectivity.
• Design, build, test and maintain efficient, reusable, secure and reliable code for different layers of web applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database & application teams for application integration and deployment.
• Ability to analyze, understand and modify/extend existing applications with limited knowledge transition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work directly with end users

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with Responsive & Dynamic Modern Web application development
• Application development/integration experience using Java scripting, React, Angular, Backbone, Vue
• Proficient with object-oriented programming; should have development experience with C#, ASP.Net, Java, Spring MVC / Spring Core / Web Services (SOAP/REST) and/or configuring web containers
• Experience building operational/interactive model-driven and canvas-based applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Hands-on experience with .Net core & .Net framework
• Well versed with Web UI development using HTML, JSP for both MVC and form-based applications
• Experience using different design patterns like MVC and Web Forms
• Experience using APIs to integrate third party applications with custom web applications / portals
• Good understanding of implementing security including Authentication & Authorization for Web apps
• Experience using different security protocols including Open Web Security Protocol (OWASP)
• Good SQL skills and experience integrating web applications with databases
• Agile/Scrum experience and ability to contribute in a collaborative development environment
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud native services

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with data from Microsoft Dataverse and Azure SQL Database
• Automating workflows and business processes with Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate
• Integrate Power Platform components with Azure based services and Azure security layer
• Experience with Azure services - Azure Data Factory, SQL Database, Synapse
• Experience with AWS services - Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, S3, Redshift
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, table design, stored procedures and query performance is a plus
• Experience with Excel Macros and VBScript
• Exposure to any other low code/No code platforms for building data centric apps will be a plus
• Experience with docker, cloud-computing / cloud services platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure) will be a plus
• Exposure to Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, etc.
• Event Driven Architecture (Kafka, Webhooks)
• Test Driven Development, Junit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor
