To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • A university degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years' experience in leading people and/or management roles, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics or similar.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and engage people in a changing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of fulfilment processes, stock accuracy, range management, forecasting, and sales steering.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret budgets, KPIs and business performance to create tactical and operational action plans.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships across different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilities
Key responsibilities (text) As a Fulfilment Integration Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations in the fulfilment unit by securing stock accuracy, optimal stock structure, and efficient execution of replenishment and order fulfilment processes.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing Fulfilment Integration team while fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and well-being.
  • Be responsible for execution of commercial activation, range changes, and operational forecasting in the unit.
  • Secure stock accuracy, range management, and proactive optimization of stock structure to reduce avoidable stock and improve capacity utilization.
  • Drive implementation of fulfilment solutions, continuous process improvements, and best practices within the unit.
  • Collaborate closely with Fulfilment Operations, Supply Chain partners, and unit commercial partners to secure excellent planning and execution.
  • Ensure agreed availability goals are met and contribute to achieving an outstanding customer experience at the lowest possible cost.
  • Build strong relationships across functions to co-create and deliver sustainable results for both customers and the business.
