LOCATION: Thane, India

DIRECT REPORTING: Manager Cust service After Market SSC

FUNCTIONAL REPORTING:

Position Summary

Expediating pump and spare part orders.

Performs expediting activities on a project to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project needs.

Principal Activities

• Expediting project and orders for aftermarket replacement pumps and spares
• Coordination with operations team and purchasing team for delivery issues
• Identify availability of missing items with all CIRCOR sites as well as channel partners and organize missing items
• Maintaining expediting progress sheet and evaluating the orders for taking appropriate actions
• Support customer service leadership by improving OTD (on time delivery)
• Drive midsize projects on process improvements and OTD

• Ability to collaborate in a global environment and work seamlessly across different global locations
• High level of problem-solving competence and very good analytical skills
• Very good MS Office Skills

• Great team player with self-initiative and independent working style
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1)

Education & Experience

• Technical Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
• Min

2-3 years of experience working in a B2B industrial equipment company * Prior experience in Sales, Product Management, Engineering or a related function
