You will be working as Fulfillment Specialist at global grade 14 and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Power Division in Bangalore North, India. In this role, you will be reporting to Planning & Fulfillment Manager and will be responsible for releasing purchase requisitions (PR) and initiating purchase orders (PO) in the system (based on MRP and standard operation procedures) and according with release strategy and table of authorities. Your responsibilities Monitoring of PO for order acknowledgements, dispatch advice, physical shipment delivery to warehouse and warehouse goods receipt process completion. Managing inbound non-conformance reports (NCRs) and discrepancies with suppliers Monitoring the purchase orders backlog and performs regular expending activities with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers to ensure the customer on time delivery and ensure close monitoring for urgencies. Minimizing the late PO backlog, proactively identifies root causes and recovery plans Creating and updating suppliers\' performances reports. Overseeing supplier performances (on time delivery, quality, lead time, reverse logistics, planning parameters), conducts periodical performance reviews, and resolves related issues Performing inventory sanity checks, analyses short, excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Taking appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, fulfillment team, feeder factories and / or external suppliers Running daily checks / reports for process control and for process deviations and exceptions resolution. Responsible for performance reporting (OTD, Lead Time, Inventory related KPIs, ITO, stock-outs etc) Collaborating effective communications and relation with suppliers and with other stakeholders (e.g. logistics team, forwarders, TMC, etc..) Having knowledge of imports of materials while claiming benefit under various Schemes like EPCG, Advance Licenses, DEEC, DEPB & EXIM Policy, handling matters relating to customs and GST concerning Import / Export. Interact with Export Promotion Councils Reporting KPIs as Necessary and required reports Your background Minimum Diploma, in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred Min 5 year\'s working experience in purchasing, inventory, supply planning function Experience and good knowledgeable in using MS Excel and Office Application. SAP experience is required Proficient in oral and written English communication.
