You will be working as Fulfillment Specialist at global grade 15 and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Planning and Fulfillment Manager and will be responsible for purchasing goods from internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers according to delivery schedule, transportation mode, price, special requirements, terms and conditions. Ensuring purchasing activities and aligning with company purchasing policies and procedures. Your responsibilities Releasing purchase requisitions (PR) and initiating purchase orders (PO) in the system and according with release strategy and table of authorities Monitoring of PO for order acknowledgements, dispatch advice, physical shipment delivery to warehouse and warehouse goods receipt process completion. Manages inbound non-conformance reports (NCRs) and discrepancies with suppliers. Monitoring the purchase orders backlog and performing regular expending activities with internal and external suppliers to ensure the customer on time delivery and ensuring close monitoring for urgencies Monitoring the interface with suppliers\' systems and resolving errors in order to ensure data quality or accuracy and operations continuity Creating and updating suppliers performances reports and overseeing supplier performances, conducting periodical performance reviews and resolving related issues Performing inventory sanity checks, analyzing short, excess and obsolete or aging inventory. Taking appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, fulfillment team, feeder factories or external suppliers Your background Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in sales Sound knowledge of medium voltage and low voltage products or service portfolios Knowledge of ServIS, SAP, Sales Force and Office 365 Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships Excellent communication skills More about us ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected.
