As a

Fulfillment Associate

, you will be an integral part of our regional operations team, supporting the end-to-end processing of visa applications. You'll work on-ground to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, maintain compliance with visa guidelines, and deliver a seamless customer experience. This role demands attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.



This is a

contractual, on-site role

(3-6 months) designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and are eager to contribute to one of the fastest-growing startups in the travel space.

The Job:

Guide clients through the visa process by providing accurate information on requirements and documentation. Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa regulations. Liaise with embassies and consulates to facilitate smooth and timely visa processing. Track application progress and proactively update clients on status changes. Maintain data confidentiality and uphold company compliance standards. Deliver exceptional service across touchpoints to create a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate:

Education:

Graduate degree required.

Detail-Oriented & Organized:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Clear Communicator:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using digital tools and adapting to new systems quickly.

Customer-Focused:

Prior experience in customer service or operations is an advantage.

Problem-Solver:

You stay composed under pressure and find quick, practical solutions to challenges.

Driven & Reliable:

Willing to work in a 6-day, on-site setup with day and night rotational shifts. *
