Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fulcrum Developer to design, build, and optimize mobile data collection applications and automated reporting solutions using Fulcrum. The role involves working with business teams to translate operational requirements into Fulcrum apps, customizing templates, implementing automation scripts (EJS/JavaScript), and integrating Fulcrum with other enterprise systems ( Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop Fulcrum Apps (forms, workflows, repeatable sections, conditional logic, validations).

2. Customize report templates using EJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. Build automated reporting solutions (PDF/Excel outputs, dashboards, analytics).

4. Integrate Fulcrum with external tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and APIs.

5. Create and manage data pipelines for syncing, exporting, and cleaning collected data.

6. Implement business rules for calculations, summary sections, and automated notifications.

7. Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and IT teams to ensure app usability and compliance.

8. Provide training and documentation for end-users.

9. Support and troubleshoot existing Fulcrum solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven experience with Fulcrum App Builder (designing forms, repeatable, and validations).

2. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (especially for report customization).

3. Familiarity with EJS (Embedded JavaScript) templating for Fulcrum reports.

4. Experience integrating Fulcrum with Excel or Google Workspace.

5. Strong understanding of data modelling, validation, and transformation.

6. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

7. Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Knowledge of APIs and automation tools

2. Exposure to quality/compliance reporting (ISO, audits, inspections).

3. Prior experience with field data collection systems.

4. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
