We are building a legal-tech Multi tenant SaaS platform focused on private equity, fund management, and legal document workflows. We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to design and build secure, scalable backend systems that support multi-tenant access control, document intelligence, and AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable backend APIs for a multi-tenant legal platform
Build secure role-based access control (RBAC) for lawyers, investors, fund managers, and admins
Develop document management systems (uploads, versioning, permissions, watermarking)
Integrate AI/RAG pipelines for document search, Q&A, and summarization
Design and maintain relational databases and schema migrations
Ensure data privacy, audit logging, and compliance (GDPR, PIPEDA-aware architecture)
Optimize performance for large document sets and concurrent users
Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, and indexing
Experience building REST APIs (GraphQL a plus)
Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
Experience with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Understanding of security best practices (encryption, secrets, access logs)
Nice to Have
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone)
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, or document AI
Legal-tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS experience
Docker & CI/CD experience

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
