Should interact with various agencies Design COC and plant teams to understand the integration requirement. 3. Should interact with protoshop, planning, stores, SBP for part development activity 4. Should correlate the field failures t o design shortfall 5. Should analysis warranty problems, field issues, validation failures and take appropriate design action to imp rove the part 6. Should interact with suppliers for part development Job Responsibility : 1) Work experience and knowledge in above Domain to design Sheet metal parts, Muffler, Aluminium HPDC/LP DC, Steel Forging, Rubber and Plastic Parts. Integration of CNG parts. 2) Work Experience and knowledge of Surface Protection select ion, Initial CAE, Thermal CFD, and design Calculations. Noise Transfer Function (NTF), GT Power software, Design of Muffler internal for Backpressure and NVH 3) Experience in making RFQ-s, specification sheets, DVP and DFMEA. 4) Experience in DMU & Packaging in Pr oE Creo. Initial Concept layout Preparation. Catia Knowledge will have additional Advantage 5) Knowledge to apply GD & T, Excel Bas ed and Team centre base Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) 6) Hands on Experience on PLM, Team Centre, TcUA, TPLKnowledge of chang e management tools like DML,ECN, DCR, knowledge of spare parts usage. 7) Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing and Assembly processes. (Welding, Sheet metal forming, casting, forging, machining, injection & blow moulding, Rubber/Plastic, Thermo plastic, CNG vehicle parts etc.) 8) Proto indenting, proto build activity support. 9) Experience & Knowledge of Fitment Trial Report with plant 10) Abil ity to understand RLDA result, CAE feedback and its incorporation for Design and testing. 11) Ability to estimate system Weight and cost target 12) Support Component and Vehicle Testing and resolve fitment issues and validation issues for part failure. 13) Abilit y to prepare Knowledge management( KM) document as per on the job learning, supplier visit, supplier assessment,, and new technology demonstration 14) Ability to support Owners and workshop Service manual creation. 15) Good knowledge of vehicle aggregates for Sub system integration required for domain area. 16) Ability to understand TGR/TGW, Support for creation of Design Rules and manual 17) Knowledge of All regulatory (Domestic and International) requirement and ability to Raise STN document, DRFM for certification 18 ) Support for review and creation of Design rule & Design calculations 19) Able to Develop New technologies as per approved roadmap . Making an IPR \' Minimum Qualification & Specialization (e.g. BE-Mech): Diploma/BE Mech, B Tech Skills : \'Primari ly Skill : 1) Proficient in CREO (2D, 3D & Mechanism), Teamcenter, PLM, TCUA, TS viewer, Excel based calculation sheets and Power p oint (MS Office), RMDVV,TcUA and Design calculations 2) Good knowledge of Fuel System, CNG system, EV Vehicle, Powertrain mountings on Cradle and Traction cooling system (TCS) 3) Designing knowledge of Sheet metal, Rubber, Plastic, Aluminium HPDC, Steel Forging an d Fabrication parts. 4) Gen 3 and WCQ process, Problem Solving Techniques like 8D, PDCA and its tools\' \'Secondary Skill : 1) Bench marking of other aggregate (Powertrain, Vacuum pump, Compressor and Power Electronics, etc.) to learn overall package along with Fuel, CNG, EV Cradle system and TCS System by using A2MAC1, Physical Benchmarking\' Domain Knowledge : \'Must have : 1) Designing know ledge of Sheet metal, Rubber, Plastic Aluminium HPDC/LPDC, Steel Forging ad Fabrication parts 2) ProE, Teamcenter, PLM and TcUA, MS Office, CREO Promechanica, Dimensional Variation analysis (DVA) 3) EV Vehicle knowledge, Noise Transfer Function (NTF), GT Power software, Design of Muffler internal for Backpressure and NVH Preferred to have : Catia, Pfirst,Bolt Cal Software. Formability software Any Other Specific Requirement : Work Experience Details ( If Any ): 1) Work experience of Designing and review of Sheet m etal, Fabrication, Aluminium HPDC/LPDC, Steel forging, Rubber, Plastic parts,Fuel Propriety parts in CREO 2) Work experience of Han dling projects and its deliverable as per Gen NPI, WCQ and other ERC processes Minimum Yrs of Experience: 3 to 9 years
