Provide training to internal team members and construction contractors on fuel system, do competency assessment, keep record and review competencies at regular interval
Assess technical offers of construction contractor and fuel installers and give technical recommendation
Feasibility assessment of new sites and augmentation work at existing sites, including site visit, assessment, report & discussion with design team/Shell team
Preconstruction due diligence of project sites, identify risk/challenges, review mitigation options and prepare method statement for execution of fuel system work
Checking/certifying that fuel system installation, testing, commissioning & handover are as per standards and procedures
Troubleshooting of installation commissioning issues related to fuel system for timely completion of project
Escalation point for project team and shall support & guide project team including the vendors, on fuel system
Esclation point for O&M during DLP period and shall support & guide project team / DLP coordinator on breakdown issues related to Fuel system
Carry out analysis / RCA of defects, failures, incidents involving fuel system assets, prepare and publish incident reports, document learning from incident, collaborate with suppliers and internal design team for corrective action
Provide feedback, suggestions, ideas to design manager for improvement in design
Support design and procurement leads in vendor development
Pilot design innovations/initiatives related to fuel system and submit report / recommendation and MOC
Coordniate with / support cross finctional teams
Develop / review / update SOP for installation, testing, commissioning & maintenance of fuel system assets
Take part in assessment / annual review of fuel system vendors
Develop relationship with fuel system vendor organization and have regular review meetings
