Job Summary

We are seeking an

FTTH Engineer (Designing & Planning)

to join our telecom team. The role involves planning, designing, and supporting the rollout of

Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks

, ensuring efficient implementation and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for FTTH projects. Prepare network designs and layouts using

AutoCAD/GIS tools

. Create

fiber route plans, BOQ, and BOM

for project execution. Coordinate with survey and field teams to validate network designs. Support execution teams during fiber laying, splicing, and testing. Ensure compliance with telecom standards, safety, and quality guidelines. Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech in

Telecom, Electronics, Electrical, Civil, or related fields

. 1-5 years of experience in

FTTH design, planning, or telecom projects

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, GIS, Google Earth, and MS Excel

. Knowledge of

GPON/FTTx architecture, OLT, ONT, splitters, and splicing

. Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
