Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled

FSSAI Machine Operator

responsible for operating and maintaining food processing and packing machines while ensuring full compliance with

FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, and hygiene practices

.

Key Responsibilities

Operate food processing / packing machines as per SOPs and FSSAI norms Ensure strict adherence to

FSSAI, GMP, and hygiene standards

Carry out machine setup, start-up, shutdown, and changeovers Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machines and production area Monitor quality parameters such as weight, sealing, temperature, and output Identify machine issues and coordinate with maintenance team Maintain daily production records, cleaning logs, and quality documents Support FSSAI audits and internal quality inspections Reduce wastage and ensure efficient machine utilization Monitoring oil quality indicators (clarity, temperature, filtration) during machine operation Handling oil transfer, filling, and packing through machines Cleaning tanks, pipelines, filters, and machine parts Preventing contamination and leakage during operation Following FIFO and batch identification as instructed Supporting filtration and polishing processes

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience

as a Machine Operator Experience must be from a

Food company / FMCG / Edible Oil manufacturing unit only

Sound knowledge of

FSSAI rules, GMP, and food safety practices

Working Conditions
