Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead Salesforce architecture and development initiatives, with a primary focus on Field Service solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including custom development and system integrations.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and tools such as MuleSoft.
- Apply expertise in Field Service concepts, such as scheduling, optimization, and resource management.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Field Service, providing guidance and best practices.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Utilize Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification and other relevant certifications to ensure solution quality.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
- Position open to any Tech Mahindra location across India.
